I forgot my password

You can check the password you assigned by logging in to the Member's Area using your email address and PIN. Once logged in, click on the Profiles button. At the bottom of that page you'll find your password information.

The password is automatically sent when you use our friends & family email services, and is CaSe SeNsItIve ... it is best that you only use alpha-numeric characters as well with no spaces (or in other words make your password one word with all lower case letters and no apostrophe's etc.)
