You will need to contact AOL and request that they manually fix the problem that you are experiencing with receiving our emails. Following are three options and instructions on how to contact your AOL Customer Support Representative. Once you have contacted them please email us and we will manually send you your PIN so that you can create your baby's web page right away.
Make sure you have checked your mail settings first to ensure that you are able to accept all incoming mail.
