I am wondering if any mother has experienced their child while teething opening their jaw real wide as if to try to pop their ears. My son will be sitting there (8 months old) and will open is mouth extremely wide, like i would if i was trying to pop my ears...just wondering if this could be something with his teething since he just popped his first tooth last week.

My one and a half year old daughter already has about 12 teeth and 4 more popping up all at the same time. But she is all of 7.5 kg and has not been putting on weight as per the standards. Is it because of the number oif teeth so early? Is teething related to weight gain?

Very accurate. My baby was suffering with cold, fever and crying a lot at 7 months. We were very worried and panicked when the temperature went up. Could be teething as he is starting to dribble. The doctor looked at him and just said that it is not flu.

[...] Teething is something all babies unfortunately have to go through. In most babies it causes some level of pain, sometimes severe, sometimes just a little discomfort. The problem is that babies can not tell you how bad the pain is when they have it. What can you do to help soothe your baby’s pain and make him happy again? [...]
