this is exactly what I needed to read! I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I have zero appetite. I'm too nauseated to even think about food. I lay in bed cuz of my extra tiredness, and randomly get food cravings, but if I don't get to eat what I want fast enough, nausea takes over and I can't look at food anymore. grocery shopping is the worst when you're nauseated! lol

So, I agree with this article but what about being extremely sick/nausea in the first trimester with also an insatiable appetite...eating ever 30 minutes to one hour? It is driving me crazy..keeps me up at night (need to eat 3-5 times) unless I eat a super fatty snack just before bedtime..Any other thoughts on this? I am 5'9" and normal weight is 136.
