		<description>I disagree with part of this article.  My OB explained to me that the 25-45 lb weight gain is overgeneralized - I agree with this.  WIth my first pregnancy I gained 28 lb and was all out front.  This current pregnancy I have gained 50 lbs.   I am a very healthy eater,  but for some reason this time around I have gained more weight.  I think age, season (heat vs. cold), your body type, prepregnancy condition and your activity level have much to do with the weight gain.  I don&#039;t think every woman should gauge her body  on a generalized scale.  As long as you are getting adequate activity/excercize and eat well, we shouldn&#039;t be worried about going over that 25-35 lb label!</description>
