You need to break the ice with a little gag gift for the whole gang. The perfect gift (in my opinion) are something I discovered awhile ago, its such fun and reactions are..well, hillarious! They are called Chocka Ca Ca Diapers-come in colors too. Filled with a "turdle" that is realistic and makes some gag, others not sure and the best thing is to eat it! Such fun to break the ice.
