Hi I did the needle and threat test and it said I am pregnant with a boy but I did a test and it came bk negative how true are they

I’m 14 wks 3 dys pregnant and tried the ring on the string test and it went in circles. My intuition have been telling me I’m having a girl so does it mean I’m really having a girl? Hmmm, I’ll keep you all posted

There’s a pencil test my friends and family have tried. It’s supposed to tell you your current and/or future children s gender. It has been dead on every person we’ve tried it on. One of our people we tried it on had girl girl 2 miscarriages and another girl. Between the middle girl and the last it seemed to shake which we think that was because of the miscarriages she had.

You need a #2 pencil sewing needle and thread. Put the thread into the sewing needle and then push the needle into the eraser of the #2 pencil. Hold above the other person wrist by the thread. If it goes side to side its a boy and circle is a girl. When it starts say it goes side to side then it will slow down then start again with side to side or circle; the slowing down it the “between” kids. If it goes into a circle and doesn’t slow down and immediately goes side to side that supposed to mean twins. When it stops completely supposed to mean no more kids and if it doesn’t move at all no kids in your future…weird though.

I think I am having a boy this time around. With my daughter I had a wonderful pregnancy. This time 7 years later, I am sick and tired and feel grumpy. With my family my oldest sister had girl, boy, girl. The other sister had boy, girl. My brother had boy, girl, boy. My husband’s mother had boy, girl boy, Sooooo I am really hoping for a boy. I am determined to have a boy but I will love my baby no matter what sex he/she is.

…just to add, and in the case of identical twins, it’s the same dna, not two sperm. Now a woman can produce more than one egg which can also be fertilized which would produce fraternal twins, or other forms of multiples….sorry,

I know this is from a WHILE ago, but Laura, you are wrong.

The sperm thing MIGHT be true VERY RARELY, however, being just 1 semester away from premed I can tell you from Anatomy and Physiology that what you said is not true according to my text book. Because, scientist are not exactly sure how, but somehow once A SINGLE sperm fertilizes and egg, the other sperm(s)?? are “locked out” and the egg only allows one. I believe what you described would end up being a non viable pregnancy. Because 1 egg= 1 individual UNLESS it splits to become identical twins….

Sorry just saying. That much I did pay attention to in class lol.

When I was pregnant with my first child my mom and I did a different version of the ring test. We threaded a needle and held it over my wrist. It immediately starting moving in circles, stopped briefly. swung back and forth, stopped for a while longer and then swung in circles AND back and forth. It went a few small circles and then back and forth and continued the cycle with no stops. Low and behold, my first was a girl, second and boy, and currently I am pregnant with twins. Sometimes a little magic does work

I dont even go by ultra sounds anymore. My best friend was told by her ultra sound tech it was a boy and She deff had a Girl!!! It does happen. She had to go out and buy all new girl stuff because everything they got was blue! and boy clothes!
So dont get your hopes up if your told one and it comes out another.

I like trying different predictions while I am prego. It’s all apart of the fun! Even by looking into dads side fam. It’s all good, an fun to try. Even my husband has fun with it! Nd now with the new home test u bet I will go spend my movie money on getting one, just because, the guess is all part of the joy of the pregnancy! Have fun with it! U don’t have to thin anyone of them work, it’s just puts a smile on your face!

Well,there is no scientific evidence on old views & myths,but here sum tricks in our own hand like shettle’s method, specific gender diet,and some ayurvedic medicine like “Shivlingi beej-majufal-putranjiwakbeej to alter the sex. Even perticular month are best for concieve a specific gender ie-octomber for boy.I heard lot of about chines calender but it is just a flipping of coin .I folow the above recommondation for my second chance having 8week pregnany let’s know what happens after 9 th month.

You’ve only named off two ways twins come about.Twins can also occur when 2 sperm fertilize the same egg…just a little detail I remembered from high school biology,but it is not determined by a mother’s egg in such a case.Granted,usually twins are determined by the mother’s egg or eggs but not always.It’s just common for one or both embryos not to make it in the instance that one egg is fertilized by two sperm,though it still happens from time to time.Regardless,twins can be determined by either mother or father,not always just one.
