We had a wonderful natural birth (in a traditional hospital setting), and I credit the information and preparation we learned through our Bradley Method classes. It was a great overview of how to have a healthy pregnancy, understand labor, become educated about typical medical interventions (and how to avoid them), and postpartum. Definitely will be putting these techniques to use again for baby #2! There seem to be teachers all over, and we found ours via the bradleybirth.com site. Best wishes to all you parents-to-be!

What a wonderful article. I just wanted to say that water is by far the best way to manage pain during the labor and birth.
