Many doctors advocate the practice of calculating fertile days by observing the menstrual cycle. However, not every menstrual cycle is identical, like my erratic cycle! This is why Ovu-Trac, a saliva based ovulation predictor kit worked for me. Ovu-Trac (www.ovu-trac.com) provided me with individual results based on my own body. This control and individualization undoubtedly reduced anxiety and stress and increased my chance of getting pregnant, which I did!!
