Ayden, Ryley and Dylan

Three Monkeys

 
Ayden, Ryley and Dylan entered the world on Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at 1:37, 1:38 and 1:39 p.m., weighing in at 4#7oz, 4#5 oz and 3#13 oz, at 33 weeks, 2 days to a very excited mommy, daddy, big brother and big sister and a whole bunch of excited grandparents and family!! Ayden needed C-PAP(nasal oxygen)to help with his breathing. Ryley didn't need any help with her breathing until the next day, then she was intubated(tube down her windpipe to help her breath). Dylan needed intubation right away. Everyone was transported over to the Children's Hospital NICU after making a quick stop to see mommy and daddy in recovery.

Ayden and Ryley came home from the hospital on 12-7-04, 21 days in the NICU. Dylan came home on 12-12-04, after 26 days in the NICU. Life around our house has been just perfect ever since! We waited 5 long years for these little bundles and the lack of sleep is well worth it!!

HAPPY SPRING?!?!?!

Not sure if we can say that around here - ever! We got a foot of snow this past weekend (3/8/08) and I don't know that it will ever melt....

But baseball tryouts and practices have begun. Tyler, Ayden, Ryley and Dylan are all playing this year. So it will be busy and fun to see them all play our favorite sport! The little ones are so excited to be on a team this year and playing just like "Ty-Ty" Right now it's a spring training session through the YMCA. They are also in gymnastics and are loving it! Especially Ryley - it's definitely her calling! Tyler is going through the motions for try outs for Varsity baseball, but we don't have any worries about him making it. I can't believe he's almost a senior! Stephanie is busy being 15! Need I say more? lol She's thinking about studying up for her temps, I can't believe the time has come already! Time flies too fast!

Well I can say that 2 out of 3 are potty trained during the day. Dylan is our last hold out and I'm not pushing him. He'll be ready when he's ready. We aren't dry over night yet, Ayden sometimes, but not all the time. So we'll get there. Everyone is growing so tall and getting so much more independent. It's crazy how crazy things are around here some days. 3 is definitely a "fun" age...lol It's fun and it's trying all at the same time! But 4 is coming up quick, so I need to enjoy 3 as much as I can!

I don't think I have any more updates since the last update. I'm having problems uploading pictures today, I've tried twice and about ready to give up for now. So check back if there aren't any new pics up.

New pictures are up for our 3headed2yearold that just turned 3!! How can that be? I just can't believe how fast the time's flying!
