Hannah was diagnosed at 20 weeks with T18. She had Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome, Spina Bifida, a 2 vessel cord and Rocker Bottom Feet.
She was born full-term (2 days before her due date) and died in mommy's arms after spending 51 hours and 19 minutes being loved by her family.
I would like to start a MEND (Mommies Enduring Neonatal Death) chapter in Colorado since other moms from MEND (www.mend.org) in Texas have been a great help to me. I want to help other moms who experience a loss of a baby. I feel that it is Hannah's legacy and want her life to be remembered. I'm doing this in Hannah's memory because I feel that she would want to me to help other mommies who have lost a baby too.
