Hi again everyone. Well, the weather is warming up and you know what that means? Baseball and fishing. I'm not sure which one I like better! Baseball season is right around the corner. I'm playing minor league ball this year for my Uncle Greg. Dad's helping coach my team too! We've already started practice this spring and opening day is the 5th of April. I can't wait! We have a tournament next week in Winchester. I've also discovered 4-H. I really like our club meetings and I made the Clover Bowl team for my class. Clover Bowl is a quiz bowl about 4-H and Tennessee History. On March 11th, we had our school wide competition where our class competed with the other 4th grade class to see which of us got to compete in the county competition. Our team did very well and won the last quiz game 85 to 30. We compete with the other 4th grade classes in the county on April 5th. Yeah, it's the same day as opening day of baseball. Mom and Dad are trying to figure out how to get everybody where they need to be but it will work out! And of course the warmer weather means fishing. Every spare minute I have not studing for Clover Bowl and not practising baseball is spent fishing. Well, some of it is taken up with playing with Madalyn. I'm going to teach her how to hunt and fish pretty soon, well, when she's old enough to hold the rod herself! :) Well, that's about all for now. I'm sure Mom will have some more pictures up pretty soon with Easter around the corner. You know how she is. We'll all have to dress up and I'll have to stand next to my sister and pretend that I like her! Have a great Easter everyone!
Love, Hunter Riley
