My husband and I had been TTC since 2001, with losses. Then, all of a sudden we just stopped getting pregnant all together. We started seeing an ob/gyn. We both went through test after test, everything was always normal. I started my first round of Clomid 50mg in February 2007, and that cycle ended in this current pregnancy!
3/2 - Took a home pregnancy test, it was a BFN. (big fat negative)
3/5 - I got my first BFP! (big fat positive on a home pregnancy test)
3/6, 7, and 8 - More BFPs!
3/9 - DR appt. Went well. Obviously positive test and am getting an early ultrasound to see how many babies are in there. Its set for March 27th, then I have a follow up appt to get the results on April 3rd.
3/14 - Went to Healthiest Babies Possible. They took all my info and started me and Tom in their program. They give you $8 a week to buy groceries from their store which is 3/4 off the regular price.
3/20 - Went to Healthiest Babies Possible again today, got some food and talked to the nurse about some pain. She said it was normal.
3/27 - Had my ultrasound today! The heartbeat is 125 BPM! Only one baby in there and my due date is November 16th. :)
4/3 - Went to my follow up ultrasound appt, all good. My next appt is May 1st, thats my first real prenatal appt. Went to healthiest babies today too, Cheryl took my blood preasure, normal, and she weighed me, 114.5lbs.
4/20 - Had an appt today for some weird discharge. Was told it was nothing to worry about and got to HEAR the little heart beating! The dr said 130s - 140s. :) My sisters heart rate was always in the 140s. They checked my urine too, all normal.
4/24 - Went to Healthiest Babies today and was weighed. Im down by a pound from April 3rd, I weigh 113.5lbs.
5/1 - First prenatal today. I weigh 114.1lbs. Urine and blood preasure all good. Heard heartbeat again, it was in the 160s! My next appt is June 1st.
5/25 - Went to the ER for leaking. DR said I was probably leaking the day before but theres no sign of it today. She did an ultrasound, baby was waving. :D My blood preasure was low though.
6/1 - 2nd prenatal today, babys heart was 164 BPM. My blood preasure was still low, but he wasnt worried. All my blood work etc was normal, no protien in my urine and no bladder infection, and I weighed 116lbs. Gained 2lbs total over these 16 weeks. Was a good appt though.
6/15 - Went to Healthiest Babies today. Not too much to note. I got weighed, and Im upto 117lbs! 3lbs gained so far!
6/29 - Prenatal today. Im up to 122lbs! Babys heart was 154 BPM. My urine did have sugar in it, but I had two chocolate dipped granola bars for breakfast. lol Dr said nothing to worry about.
7/17 - BIG ultrasound today! Baby looks great! All limbs where they should be, perfect 4 chamber heart, beautiful brain, just a perfect tiny little person in there. And the tech said 80% chance ITS A GIRL! Grace Margerry. :) Prenatal on the 27th.
7/27 - Went...fast. I didnt even get to ask any questions I had, the doctor was in too much of a hurry. My blood pressure was fine and my fundal height was 23.5. Oh, I weigh 125.5lbs, so a total of 11.5lbs weight gain.
7/30 - Went to L&D today. I hate my dr. They didnt tell me anything regarding what could be going on. Everything seems to be okay though, thankfully.
8/14 - Switched to a midwife, today was my first appt. Went really well. I really like her. Everything was fine and Graces heart was about 158BPM.
8/21 - Went for the GTT today. Didnt mind the orange drink at all, though it made me extremely dizzy for about 20 minutes.
9/6 - Midwife appt today. It went well. Ive gained 16lbs in total, I weigh 130lbs. I measured exactly 30 weeks. I did have a 2+ on my urine sample, but had had a sweet coffee before going. Next appt is the 20th, I start 2 week appts now!
