All pictures submitted become the property of Babies Online, who may post the winner's picture anywhere on our site for promotional purposes.

You must create a web page on our site, and be the legal parent or guardian of the baby entered, to qualify for our Baby, You Should Be In Pictures Contest.

The information we use to create the contest and voting forms is retrieved from your Babies Online account. It is up to the parent or guardian to determine whether or not they want their last name listed in the contest (For example: If you request that your last name be public on your Babies Online account, your last name will be posted on the voting form as well. If you chose to not list your last name (recommended), only the first initial of your last name will appear.)

Every entry is not accepted in our contest. In order to be accepted the picture must reside on the Babies Online server, follow the theme we have chosen for the contest, and may not be offensive in any way.

You may vote for your baby once a day. Your friends and family may vote for your baby once a day. Any indication of fraudulent inflation of votes will result in automatic disqualification of baby.

Babies Online will not be held liable for any misuse or consequence directly or indirectly relating to its services, including but not limited to its online birth announcements, contests, voting forms, links or affiliations.

Privacy Statement
Babies Online shares information contained in the Baby, You Should Be In Pictures database with its sponsors. By entering your baby in our picture contest, you will also agree to accept reasonable promotional email from the company(s) donating prizes to this contest.
