My account expired - can I get the photos and information that were deleted?

Unfortunately we can not recover deleted photos that were previously uploaded to your account. We do not have the storage capacity to save them. We do archive the Birth Facts, Additional Comments, Guestbook Entries & Journal Entries.

To retrieve the Birth Facts or Additional Comments from the home page of your expired account, please log in to the Member's Area with the email address and PIN registered to your *expired* account.

If your account was deleted on or after May 26, 2004 you can restore your guestbook entries, however prior to that date we did not archive that data. To have those entries restored you will need to do the following:

• Create a new web page for your baby
• Go to your Guestbook Administration Section
• Click the link titled "restore expired guestbook"
• Enter the email address and four-digit PIN registered to your expired account
• Click submit

Any guestbook entries registered to your expired account should then be restored to your new account.

Please be sure to keep your new web page updated at least every 90 days so it isn't deleted again. You can re-upload your photos at your convenience.
