Receiving Yahoo! Email
Yahoo! is trying to keep unwanted mail out of your inbox. Unfortunately, sometimes they mistake mail you want for mail you don't. Usually you can fix this by doing one simple thing:
- Add the email address noreply@babiesonline.com to your address book

Editing Your Spam Settings
- Log into your Yahoo Email Account
- Click 'Options' (top right)
- Click 'Mail Options'
- Click Filters
- Click 'Create or Edit Filters'
- Click 'Add'
- Type: Safe List into the 'Filter Name' Field
- Type: babiesonline into the field where it says 'From header: contains'
- Scroll down to where it says 'Then...'
- Select "Inbox" where it says 'Move the message to:'
- Click "Add Filter"
Once you add Babies Online to your Safe filter, you should be able to receive all email that we send to you.
Still can't find our email?
- Check your Spam folder
- Select the email that is not spam
- Click the 'Not Spam' button at the bottom of your window
The email will be moved to your Inbox.

Tell Yahoo! that you have requested an email from Babies Online, but you aren't able to receive it. Explain that you want to receive all emails sent from babiesonline.com, specifically noreply@babiesonline.com and support@babiesonline.com
