AOL is trying to keep unwanted mail out of your inbox. Unfortunately, sometimes they mistake mail you want for mail you don't. Usually you can fix this by doing one simple thing:

    Add the email address noreply@babiesonline.com to your address book

Editing Your Spam Settings

You can edit your spam settings a number of ways:

  • You can allow email from all senders
  • Restrict senders to a list that you design
  • block certain domains
  • Turn AOLs mail filtering off altogether

We suggest familiarizing yourself with AOL's mail filtering system and make the best choices for you - but be sure that you are able to receive our emails at the very least by following the instructions below. If you do not, you will not be able to receive important notices about your account.

If your mail controls are set to use a custom filter list

You must add the domain babiesonline.com to your list of accepted domains

If your mail controls are set to only accept from "people you know"

You must add the email address noreply@babiesonline.com to your address book

Ensure AOL Doesn't Delete Your Mail:

AOL is now either filtering email they consider to be spam into your Spam Folder or deleting it completely. Make sure that AOL doesn't delete your mail by following these instructions:

  1. Open your AOL Mail and Spam Controls (keyword SPAM)
  2. Under the heading 'Blocked mail should be:' (lower left corner) you should select 'Delivered to Spam Folder'
  3. Click Save

Check Your Filtered Email

After you edit your settings above you should check your spam folder to see if the email we sent you is there. If you do not find an email from Babies Online, please Click Here to request your registration information be sent to you again, or resubmit your request.

  1. Open AOL
  2. Click 'Mail' (upper-left)
  3. Click 'Spam Folder' (third section down)

If any wanted email is in your Spam Folder (like an email from us) be sure let AOL know that it isn't spam. To do this:

  1. Select the email that is not spam
  2. Click the button that says 'This is not spam'

Still Haven't Receive Our Mail?

  1. Make sure you added noreply@babiesonline.com to your address book
  2. Check to see if you are running any third party filtering applications
  3. Contact AOL for assistance

Tell AOL that you have requested an email from Babies Online, but you aren't able to receive it. Explain that you want to receive all emails sent from babiesonline.com, specifically noreply@babiesonline.com and support@babiesonline.com
