Receiving Hotmail Email

Yahoo! is trying to keep unwanted mail out of your inbox. Unfortunately, sometimes they mistake mail you want for mail you don't. Usually you can fix this by doing one simple thing:

    Add the email address noreply@babiesonline.com to your address book

Editing Your Spam Settings

  1. Log into your Hotmail Account
  2. Click Options
  3. On the left side of the page, click Mail
  4. Click Junk E-Mail Protection
  5. Click Safe List
  6. Type: babiesonline.com
  7. Click Add

Once you add Babies Online to your Safe List, you should be able to receive all email that we send to you.

Still can't find our email?

  1. Check your Spam folder
  2. Select the email that is not spam
  3. Click the 'Not Spam'

The email will be moved to your Inbox.

Please note that it can sometimes take a while to receive mail from Hotmail. If after doing the above you still aren't receiving your email, you should check your basic preferences to make sure you aren't filtering too much mail.

  1. Log in to your Hotmail Account
  2. Click the Options link.
  3. Click Junk E-Mail Protection.
  4. Click Junk E-Mail Filter
  5. Make sure your filter is set to low.

Tell Hotmail that you have requested an email from Babies Online, but you aren't able to receive it. Explain that you want to receive all emails sent from babiesonline.com, specifically noreply@babiesonline.com and support@babiesonline.com
