Detailed Instructions:

1. Please see to it that you have at least 30 Mbyte space left on your harddisk.
   
   
2. Click on the link (the underlined text) that says Babywatch Download. This will allow you to download the file 'upack.exe' to your computer.
   
   
3. A box will pop up on your screen that has two options: 'Save To Disk' or 'Open'.   Choose 'Save To Disk' and hit OK.   Another box will pop up asking you where you want to save the file.   Choose a directory somewhere on your computer.  
   Personally, I have a directory on my hard drive called 'Temp' to which I download everything, but placing the file on your desktop is always a good idea too.)   The box that pops up to ask you about saving the file will allow you to create a directory if you like.   The third icon from the right means 'Create New Directory'.   You can use that to create a 'Temp' directory.
   
   
4. Once you have chosen where you want to save the file, click 'Save'.
   
   
5. The file will download to the directory you chose.   It will take a few minutes.
   
   
6. Open 'Windows Explorer', which is under 'Programs' on the 'Start' menu. The 'Start' menu is usually on the bottom left hand side of your screen.
   
   
7. Using 'Windows Explorer', go to the directory where you saved the file 'unpack.exe' (or if you saved it to your deskop close all open programs to get there).   Double click on file 'unpack.exe'.   A box will open asking which directory you want to extract the program files to.   The default directory 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP' is displayed.   You should install it somewhere else by typing in a new directory name, or clicking browse to place it in a different or new directory.
   
   
8. Press 'Unzip'   Four files will be uncompressed into the directory you chose:   babywatch.CAB, licence.htm, setup.exe, setup.exe
   
   
9. Go to the directory and double click the file 'setup.exe'.   Follow the instructions carefully.
   
   
10. After installation, you can run BabyWatch from the Start menu (Start-Programs-BabyWatch).
    
    
11. You can also select the screensaver. Just select "babywatch" from the list of available screensavers (read your windows manual how to select a screensaver). Note : you have to run BabyWatch once before you can use the screensaver !
